‘Run Away from Home’ is a narrative work about the little Janices trying to run away from their master during her sleep. It is a metaphor of getting free, an escape to another world which is believed to be better than the current situation. I believe this happen to a lot of people in the society. City-dwellers are always trying to escape or to break free, continuously seeking for ways to better life. When facts in true life can not be changed, the fantasy provides an escape into another world.
